I had a great experience at Icon Hair & Beauty! The staff were all excellent. Coffees were on hand (perfect for when you’re getting a long treatment) and my hair looked amazing after!I got a full head of highlights with a cut and blow dry. Andy, who did my hair, was super lovely as were the rest of the staff who work at the salon.As someone who rarely writes reviews, I felt compelled to as I had such a lovely experience here. I would 100% recommend.

I came to do my deep conditioning, wash, hair cut and blow dry. Sheila has been very attentive, communicative and professional. There was a good atmosphere in salon and clean. I recommend the place and services.

Was my first time in icon today! And will 100% be returning. Been struggling to find somewhere to accommodate what I need and Reece has no problem at all he made me feel so welcomed the Customer service was amazing and hair is just outstanding! See you in 4 weeks again!!

Last time I was very happy with Fatma - she is the best but today I received careless service by Andy. I visited the salon and I booked via app for money piece as I only have grey hair around my face. We discussed the hair colour and I was very specific about not going to blonde/ash shades. However, Andy convinced me that this will be very good choice for me. I told her that I had highlights in past and I really don’t like them. Anyway, I agreed with her suggestion for money piece and hair colour for rest of my hair. During the colouring process what usually takes 30 min, she left me without checking the colour for 45 min as she was dealing with another 2 customers in same time. After washing my colour of, I noticed that I'm having T- section looking highlights. She explained to me that I asked for Money Piece and this is it and if I'm not happy I can come next week to make it darker -seriously?! I left salon with tick brown line around my face and covering top of my ears from the colouring process and the blow dry?? I guess that it wasn't included in price of £96 today with 50 % discount when you bring new friend to salon….Even though, I experienced lady walking into salon asking about the address and the price of haircut and Andy answered her straight away that she is at wrong place. Luckily, there was a young stylist with kind heart explaining the lady that the price of £8 is just for the fringe cut. It looks like Andy is only serving “wealthy “ customers what she can charge for her poor service….

Got a voucher of wowcher and honestly my biggest regret ever! I hadn’t cut my hair in a very very long time. The guy who was cutting my hair seemes lovely and very chatty with the customer next to me till i realised the reason for that was alcohol. As he was doing my hair all i could smell was alcohol i didnt want to be rude and say anything at this point he was half way into my hair! And there was only one stylist which was him. Worse part is if you saw the manoeuvres he was pulling whilst doing my hair you would think your going to walk out with the best cut! He ruined my fringe it looks like a kid has jus cut it off, he gave me the shortest cut which is most definitely not straight cut the bottoms are so wonky with weird tiny short layers!!! Dont even start me with the grandma blowdry he gave me i couldnt believe it im devastated and Never coming back again!!!!
